CHOCOLATE & MARSHMALLOW PIZZA

I've been feeling like this: dessert pizza.

CHOCOLATE & MARSHMALLOW PIZZA

150ml (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) lukewarm soya milk or other non-dairy milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
250g (2 cups) strong flour
3/4 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon agave syrup
1 teaspoon sunflower oil or other flavourless oil

50g (heaped 1/4 cup) dark chocolate, chopped
100g (3.5oz) vegan marshmallows, chopped

Mix lukewarm milk and salt together until the salt is dissolved. In a large bowl, combine flour and yeast, then add agave syrup, oil and the milk mixture, a bit at a time until everything comes together as a smooth dough.
Place in a lightly greased bowl and leave to rise for 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
After 3 hours, roll the dough out into a circle, prick the top with a fork and place on the prepared tray. Bake for 15 minutes. Switch the oven settings to grill, raise the temperature to 200°C (390°F), take the pizza base out and top with marshmallows and chocolate. Place back in the oven for 3 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate melted.
